1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders submitted after our cutoff time of 5 PM will start processing the following enterprise day.

  • We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

2. Shipping Options

We currently ship within the United States only and offer two convenient delivery options:

Standard Shipping (FREE):

  • Delivery within 3–6 business days after dispatch.

Expedited Shipping (Additional Fee 4.99$):

  • Delivery within 1–3 business days after dispatch.

  • Shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

 

3. Taxes & Duties

  • All products from Elysoria Store are tax-free within the United States.

  • No additional taxes or import duties will be applied to your order.

4. Packaging & Care

  • Each item is carefully packed using eco-friendly, protective materials to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition.

  • We encourage customers to reuse or recycle packaging materials whenever possible to support sustainable practices.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

6. Address Accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to avoid delays.

  • Elysoria Store cannot be held responsible for delays or extra fees caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.
